I focus on properties in the communities of the South Loop and Bronzeville, as well as surrounding areas. I currently maintain residences in both the Printers Row community within the South Loop and in Bronzeville. I’ve been a real estate investor, landlord, and homeowner. I’ve owned condos, multi-units, and single-family homes, and I was president of a large South Loop condo association.

I recently closed my small real estate brokerage firm, Bronzeville Properties LLC, after over 11 years in business. I decided to join the Berkshire Hathaway KoenigRubloff team for their superior systems, marketing expertise, customer focus, and talented personnel. With my considerable experience and knowledge, backed by the KoenigRubloff team, I feel I am very well equipped to assist buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the city

For many years I worked in the corporate world. I took an early retirement from CNA Insurance in 2003, where I was Vice President & Treasurer. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Northwestern University.
